What Closers Web provides
Closers Web is a software platform used by authorized businesses and sales professionals to organize leads, coordinate team workflows, manage customer records, conduct business calling, and review call-related analytics.
The platform is not a telecommunications carrier and does not sell anonymous calling access.
Twilio communications use case
Closers Web integrates communications providers such as Twilio so authorized users can place and manage legitimate business calls from within the Closers Web application. Users initiate and control calls through the application.
Closers Web prohibits unlawful robocalling, spam, harassment, deceptive caller identification, caller-ID spoofing, and calling without appropriate authority. Users and organizations remain responsible for applicable Do Not Call, consent, disclosure, calling-time, licensing, and other communications requirements.
Call recording is disabled by default. Where recording, monitoring, transcription, or call intelligence is enabled, users and organizations are responsible for applicable notice and consent requirements.
Call-intelligence output is assistive. Suggested call outcomes, notes, and other CRM changes require human review before they are accepted into the user's workflow.
Abuse prevention
Closers Web maintains account access controls, contact and suppression workflow controls, provider credential protections, audit records, and role-based team permissions.
Accounts may not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, unauthorized data use, or other unlawful communications.
Current provider status
Communications-provider activation is currently restricted while provider identity and compliance review is being completed.
This verification site is separate from the authenticated Closers Web customer application and is provided for business-identity, provider-review, and compliance purposes.
