Communications & Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: August 21, 2026
Permitted communications
Closers Web communications features may be used only for lawful business communications for which the user and organization have the required authority.
Prohibited activity
Users may not use Closers Web for unlawful robocalling, prerecorded or artificial-voice campaigns without required authority, spam, harassment, scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive caller identification, caller-ID spoofing, evasion of provider safeguards, or communications prohibited by law.
Consent, suppression, and Do Not Call
Users and organizations are responsible for maintaining and honoring applicable consent, revocation, opt-out, suppression, calling-time, and federal or state Do Not Call requirements. Workflow controls within Closers Web do not constitute legal clearance for a call.
Recording, monitoring, and intelligence
Recording is disabled by default. Organizations enabling recording, monitoring, coaching, transcription, or call intelligence must determine and satisfy applicable disclosure, consent, workplace-monitoring, retention, and access-control requirements.
Human review
Automated transcripts, summaries, classifications, coaching signals, and suggested CRM changes may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users must review important generated output before relying on it.
Enforcement
Closers Web may restrict access, investigate activity, preserve relevant audit information, or terminate accounts where misuse, unlawful activity, provider-policy violations, or security risks are identified.
Report concerns
Compliance or abuse concerns may be submitted to justin@younghealthgroup.com.
