Terms of Service

Closers Web is operated by JUSTIN ALLEN YOUNG. These public terms summarize important service-use requirements. Additional in-application agreements may apply to marketplace, team, data, and communications functionality.

Authorized use

Users may use Closers Web only for lawful business purposes and only with information, communications, and accounts they are authorized to access and use.

Communications

Access to calling or messaging technology does not create consent or legal authority to contact a person. Users are responsible for Do Not Call requirements, consent and revocation, calling-time restrictions, caller identification, recording or monitoring disclosures, licensing, and other applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Data

Users may not upload or use information they are not authorized to possess, disclose, sell, share, or process. Users must honor applicable privacy rights, suppression requests, source restrictions, and retention obligations.

Service protection

Closers Web may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address security concerns, unlawful conduct, provider-policy violations, fraud, abusive communications, or misuse of data.
